Apple Standard EULA
Your use of the iOS app Tip Calculator - GratuityPro ("GratuityPro", "the app") is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The short terms below add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
Calculations are estimates
The app is a tool to help you work out tips and split bills. Results depend on the numbers you enter and the options you choose, and receipt scanning may misread a receipt. Check the amounts before you pay. Tip suggestions and the tipping guide are general guidance, not rules; local customs vary and change.
Pro purchase
- GratuityPro Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription.
- Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.
- You can restore Pro on your devices signed in with the same Apple Account using Restore purchase in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Free version limits
The free version includes unlimited calculations, up to 5 saved calculations per day and history for the last 7 days. Features and limits may change in future updates.
Your data
Your data stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device backups.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including payment or tipping decisions made with it.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
